CHF 2,800.-<\/li>\r\n<li>Have a fixed residence in Switzerland.<\/li>\r\n<li>Be at least 18 years old.<\/li>\r\n<li>Possess Swiss nationality, a C settlement permit or a B residence permit.<\/li>\r\n<li>If you own a property, you benefit from lower interest rates.
